Azwa Nayeem is a social entrepreneur. She was a lecturer (Adjunct) at North-South University in the Department of Political Science and Sociology. Azwa is a Global Shaper, World Economic Forum and she is trained in Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School. She completed her Master of International Relations from the University of New South Wales and Master in Development Studies from BRAC University.

Sudipta Das Shuva

Sudipta has been working in the education development sector for around 8 years. He started my journey in Teach For Bangladesh as a Fellow where he was responsible for mentoring and overall development of students from underprivileged communities. After that, he gathered rigorous experience in leadership development and skills training, while training more than thousands of national and international youth from diverse backgrounds. Next, his journey got another dimension by working in the ed-tech world as the Program Manager of the Academic Program team. His concern in this role included ensuring world-class digital educational content production and student-centric curriculum development. Later he looked after the partnerships and programs at Shikho to drive bigger organizational objectives by collaborating with different project owners under different programs. Currently, he is working as the Project Manager spearheading the project funded by prestigious Malala Fund. His core responsibilities include project planning and development, budget management, communication and advocacy, reporting and looking after the MEAL activities under the project.

Trishia Nashtaran

Trishia Nashtaran (she/her) is a Human-centric Design Specialist with a focus on feminist organizing, futures study, and transdisciplinary research. She has thirteen years of experience in grassroots organizing, community building, entrepreneurship and strategic communication for intersectional inclusivity. She is the founder and organizer of Meye Network, a feminist grassroots organising platform working towards gender-inclusive futures through storytelling and design thinking across physical and digital spaces in Bangladesh since 2011. She is the President of OGNIE Foundation Bangladesh, a non-profit that acts as the parent organisation of Meye Network and it's affiliations. Trishia is also a coordinator and editor of FAB (Feminist Alliance of Bangladesh), a platform for progressive and decolonial feminists in Bangladesh and the Bangladeshi diaspora. Trishia holds a Master’s in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University, Toronto, Canada. She is also a fellow of SANGAT from cohort 2016 and the Acumen Academy from cohort 2021.
